Rats Roundup: Military Appreciation Night, Denisenko's Silver at Worlds

Good morning and welcome to the latest edition of Rats Roundup!

Military Appreciation Night is here, final votes for "Last Men In" and more! Sit back, relax and catch up on all the latest Panthers news!

The Cats will be hosting their second Military Appreciation Night of the season when they take on the Toronto Maple Leafs on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m.

The Panthers will don special military jerseys during warm-ups and select jerseys will be available to purchase at the Inside the Boards store located near section 122 on Plaza Level at BB&T Center.

Mystery-signed military pucks will also be sold at the Florida Panthers Foundation table outside Club Lexus with all proceeds benefitting the Foundation. In addition, Pantherland will sell military apparel, hats, pins and jerseys.

All active and retired military personnel with valid military identification receive special pricing at BB&T Center Box Office on the day of the game and special pricing on food and beverage purchases at all Coca-Cola and participating concession stands. Cast Your Ballots

Today is the last day you can cast your votes to send Aleksander Barkov to the 2020 NHL All-Star Game as part of the "Last Men In" campaign.

Denisenko Earns Some Hardware

Panthers prospect Grigori Denisenko and Team Russia are heading home from the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship with the Silver Medal. Denisenko and Russia had earned the Bronze Medal in 2019 at the tournament.

The young forward recorded a team-leading nine points (three goals, six assists) while also serving as Russia's captain. Last year, he finished tied for event's scoring lead with nine points.
