A fourth round pick (107th overall) in 2009 NHL Draft, Wilson has steadily become a consistent factor for the San Antonio Rampage. With 24 points (14-10—24) in 37 games this season for the Rampage, Wilson tied his AHL career-high in goals (14) with a tally in San Antonio’s 8-3 win over Iowa (Jan. 10), placing him second on San Antonio in goals.

Now in his fourth season with San Antonio, the 23-year old winger has become a solid presence for the Silver and Black. Becoming a main player in the Rampage’s offense, Wilson has recorded six multi-point games this season placing him only six points away from tying his AHL career-high in points (30).

An Alternate Captain for San Antonio, Wilson leads by example and doesn’t shy away from the physical aspect of the game. In his three-game stint with Florida last season (2013-14), Wilson recorded 11 hits. The tough-nosed forward has become a reliable and important player for San Antonio as he continues to pave the path of his pro career.
