DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTS TO: Director of Premium Seating
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS: • Responsible for the sales and service of the BankAtlantic Center premium products such as; Luxury Suites, ADT Club, Personal Seat Licenses, Sawgrass Live. • Utilize networking skills and cold-calling techniques to sell appropriate ticket inventory. • Develop, coordinate and assist with special group sales projects. • Provide Florida Panthers and BankAtlantic Center guests with superior service in a timely and efficient manner. • Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members. • Responsible for assisting in the renewal and maintenance of ADT Club memberships, Sawgrass Live memberships and Personal Seat License accounts. • Assist at games and other special events with promotional functions as required. • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports. • Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions. • Other Duties as assigned by VP of Ticket Sales.
QUALIFICATIONS: • 2 + years exp. in sales and cold-calling in a sports or entertainment environment preferred • Exp. with professional sports or entertainment org. as full-time or internship basis is essential • Proven written and presentation skills and excellent communication skills • Ability to speak publicly on behalf of the BankAtlantic Center • Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports • Knowledge of Archtics ticketing system, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays • Bilingual a plus Please send resume and salary requirements to: Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Attention: Human Resources, One Panther Parkway, Sunrise FL 33323 or fax your resume to (954) 835-7601 or e-mail to email@example.com.
