SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that the Florida Panthers and the Panthers Foundation will be a Silver Sponsor of the Kids Fitness Festival of the Palm Beaches on Thursday, July 19 and Friday, July 20 in West Palm Beach. The Festival, which promotes physical fitness in youngsters, is a two-day opportunity for elementary and middle school children to learn the basics of over 40 sports, play games, make arts and crafts and interact with professional athletes and mascots.
The Panthers and the Foundation will have an interactive booth at the event featuring Stanley C. Panther, the Panera Bread Bounce House, ADT Street Hockey Rink and various other games and giveaways. The Panthers will also be taking registration for the Florida Panthers Kids’ Club.
“Our organization believes strongly in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for the youth of South Florida,” said SSE chief operating officer Michael Yormark. “For that reason, it is only natural for us to support a wonderful event such as the Kids Fitness Festival.”
