Panthers Single Game Tickets Go On Sale Friday

by Staff Writer / Florida Panthers
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that single game tickets for the 2010-11 Florida Panthers season at the BankAtlantic Center will go on sale on Friday, Sept. 10 at noon. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets now, as the Panthers have introduced a new dynamic pricing structure on single game tickets in which prices will rise as sales and demand increases on individual games.

Dynamic pricing, in addition to the more intimate BankAtlantic Center capacity of 17,040, is part of the Panthers organization’s commitment to providing a better overall experience for the team’s most dedicated and passionate fans.
“To get the best value on Florida Panthers home games, I strongly encourage our fans to buy now or become a Cats season ticket holder,” said SSE president & COO Michael Yormark. “Our dynamic pricing structure was implemented following feedback from our fans and season ticket advisory board, and I’m confident it will help create a more exciting, passionate and intimate atmosphere at the BankAtlantic Center for Panthers home games.”
Under the dynamic pricing structure, all Panthers games will be classified in one of four categories: bronze (least expensive and below 2009-10 prices), silver, gold and platinum (most expensive). However, as demand increases for specific games, its pricing structure will increase as well, allowing games that begin under the bronze, silver or gold classification to move all the way up to platinum should sales demand it. Pricing structure classification cannot decrease, so to get the best value fans are encouraged to purchase season ticket packages now, or buy single game tickets as soon as they are released tomorrow.
Currently, Panthers season ticket packages are available for $19.72 as part of the “1972 Perfect Season, Perfect Ticket” campaign that runs through Sunday, Sept. 12.
In addition, the Panthers have unveiled the most comprehensive promotion calendar in the industry for the 2010-11 season. Cats home games will feature a number of promotional nights including Opening Night, Bill Torrey Tribute Night (Oct. 23 vs. Islanders), Blue Out Ford Fridays with Power 96 After-Parties and Postgame Concerts (Friday games), Sports Bar Saturdays, Hockey Fights Cancer Night (Oct. 21 vs. Dallas), the Thanksgiving Feast presented by Doris Italian Market (Nov. 22 vs. Pittsburgh, Nov. 24 vs. Boston and Nov. 26 vs. NY Rangers), Holiday Spectacular (Dec. 27 vs. Boston and Dec. 31 vs. Montreal), Family Fitness Day with Broward Health (March 6 vs. Washington), Throwback Nights, Fan Appreciation Night (April 9 vs. Washington), and more.
