Panthers RW Jack Skille To Play For Team USA At 2011 World Championship

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers RW Jack Skille has been selected to play for the 2011 U.S. Men's National Team at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Men's Championship, April 29 - May 15, in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia.

Skille, 23, has played in 92 career National Hockey League contests for Chicago (2007-11) and Florida (2011) scoring 13 goals with 14 assists. The Madison, Wisc., native played in 13 games with the Panthers this season after being acquired by Florida from Chicago on Feb. 9, 2011.
On the international level, Skille played for the bronze medal-winning 2007 U.S. National Junior Team and gold medal-winning 2005 U.S. Men's National Under-18 Team. 
The 2011 U.S. Men’s National Team is under the direction of the U.S. Men’s National Team Advisory Group which includes Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon. In addition, Florida Panthers Head Equipment Manager Chris Scoppetto will serve on Team USA’s support staff.
