Panthers Recall Stefan Meyer & David Brine

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager and Head Coach Jacques Martin announced today that the club has recalled LW Stefan Meyer and C David Brine from Rochester (AHL).

Meyer, 22, made his NHL debut with the Panthers this season on Oct. 24 against the Philadelphia Flyers and has played in three scoreless games with the Cats. He has appeared in 44 games with Rochester (AHL) this year scoring 16 goals with 12 assists. 

Brine, 23, earns his first recall of the season and has yet to appear in a National Hockey League contest. He has played in 46 games with Rochester (AHL) this year registering 14 points (7-7-14).
Both players will be eligible to play tonight when the Panthers visit the Tampa Bay Lightning at 7:30 p.m. The game can be seen live on FSN Florida and heard on Sports Talk 790 The Ticket.
