Panthers Reassign LW Tanner Glass to Rochester (AHL)

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager and Head Coach Jacques Martin announced today that the club has reassigned LW Tanner Glass to Rochester (AHL).

Glass, 23, was recalled on Dec. 6 and  has  played in 16 games with the Panthers  this season , averaging 4:05 in ice time with 17 PIM. Before being recalled, he played in 21 games for the Americans scoring two goals with two assists and 41 penalty minutes.

Glass was Florida's 9th selection (265th overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

The Florida Panthers complete a three-game road trip tomorrow afternoon then they face the Pittsburgh Penguins at 3 p.m.  The game can been seen live on FSN Florida and heard on  Sportstalk 790 The Ticket. 

With their 4-3 overtime win over the New York Islanders last night, the Cats now sit just three points out of first place in the Southeast Division. The Panthers return home on Tuesday, Jan. 8 to host the Pittsburgh Penguins. Tickets are still available by calling (954) 835-PUCK.
