Panthers Make First Cuts of Training Camp

SUNRISE, FL – Florida Panthers General Manager Jacques Martin announced today that the team has returned D Adam Comrie (Saginaw), LW A.J. Jenks (Plymouth), D Colby Robak (Brandon) D Corey Syvret (Guelph) to their respective junior clubs. The Panthers training camp roster now stands at 50 players.


The Panthers open the preseason with a stretch of six games in six nights when they take on the Calgary Flames tomorrow night at 9 p.m. (EST). The Cats then will play a pair of games against the Edmonton Oilers, before playing the Flames in a rematch on Friday. The Cats take on the NY Islanders on Saturday, Sept. 27 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, before closing out their preseason road trip with a contest against the Montreal Canadiens on Sunday, Sept. 28.
