Cats Host NY Rangers on Nov. 8; Post-Game Autographs After Every November Home Game

SUNRISE, FL - The Florida Panthers look to build on their 5-2 home record when they host their rivals the New York Rangers on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. Cats C Olli Jokinen ranks tied for first in the NHL recording 13 points (7-6-13) in seven homes games played this season, while his linemate RW Nathan Horton is riding a three-game point scoring streak (1-2-3). Dating back to last season, the Panthers have posted one of the best home marks in the National Hockey League, going 26-8-4 since Nov. 25, 2005.

"All our home games in November represent important points for our team, but with the Rangers in town on Wednesday that always promises to be an exciting match-up," said General Manger and Head Coach Jacques Martin. "Our team continues to perform well at home this year and we look forward to a great crowd on Wednesday night."

After a brief two-game road trip next weekend, the Panthers return to South Florida, where they will play five of their last nine games at home to complete the month of November. Over that period, the Panthers will host their Southeast Division rivals the Washington Capitals, the Montreal Canadiens, the NY Islanders, their intrastate rivals the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Ottawa Senators. Great tickets are available for all home contests throughout November by calling (954) 835-PUCK.

Additionally, as part of Panthers All-Access, the club has designated November as the Longhorn Steakhouse Kid's Month. For the third consecutive year, children will be able to meet all of their favorite players and receive autographs during home games in the month of November (Nov. 24 game excluded). In addition, the Panthers will extend a special offer in which any fan purchasing an adult ticket will be able to purchase a child's ticket at half-price.
