SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that the Florida Panthers (@FlaPanthers) launched the “I Love Panthers Hockey” program to promote youth hockey. Taking place throughout the South Florida community during January and February, the campaign is highlighted by family-friendly ticket packages, Panthers alumni hockey clinics, player appearances at community events and the release of limited edition Panthers “Young Guns” trading cards.
The “I Love Panthers Hockey” ticket packages include four (4) tickets to two Panthers home games during the months of January and February. Each package includes an “I Love Panthers Hockey” t-shirt, free parking and a post-game on-ice “slapshot”. Upper-level packages are priced at $200 and lower-level packages are $400.
Community events include “Panthers Live!” on Jan. 23 at Duffy’s Sports Grill in Plantation featuring a Q&A Session by Panthers players including Jonathan Huberdeau, Brian Campbell and Drew Shore. Duffy's Sports Grill in Plantation will also be hosting a Watch Party as the Florida Panthers take on the Boston Bruins on Jan. 28 featuring t-shirt giveaways, trivia contests and more. On Feb. 22, the Florida Panthers will be conducting a full-team practice open to the public at the Palm Beach Skate Zone. Stanley C. Panther, the Redline Lady Panthers, and Panther Patrol will all be in attendance and the event will conclude with a full team signing. In addition to specific community events, select Panthers players will be visiting rinks in South Florida throughout January and February to sign autographs and support local youth hockey teams.
