The fifth annual South Florida Hockeyfest will take place Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs. The event is free and open to the public and will feature hockey equipment demos, raffles and guest appearances from FOX Sports Analyst and Panthers Alumni Bill Lindsay and other Panthers personalities (TBA).

“We are looking forward to another great turnout for this year’s Hockeyfest at the Panthers IceDen,” said Panthers IceDen Vice President & General Manger Jeff Campol. “We encourage all hockey fans to come out to the Panthers IceDen and take part in the equipment demos, while also having the chance to win special prizes and meet Panthers personalities.”

Hockeyfest will feature exclusive demo opportunities from top equipment manufacturers including Bauer, CCM, Easton, Sherwood and Warrior. In addition, fans and players will have a chance to receive special prizes, discounts and giveaways such as an autographed Aaron Ekblad stick. Activities for children include interactive games with the Panthers Patrol and a bounce house.

Located in Coral Springs, the Panthers IceDen is the official practice facility of the Florida Panthers. The 125,000-square-foot venue includes three sheets of ice. Open 364 days a year, the venue welcomes more than one million guests annually.
