Panthers Foundation Announces New Date And Five Events For South Florida Executive Fitness Challenge Presented By Sheets Energy Strips

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers Foundation announced today a new date and five specific events for the South Florida Executive Challenge presented by Sheets Energy Strips. The Challenge will now take place on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9 a.m. at the Iceplex in Coral Springs. Florida Panthers President & COO Michael Yormark is challenging all South Florida executives to a one-day, five-event fitness challenge with the proceeds going toward the Foundation’s fight against pediatric cancer.

The events are: a 100-foot vehicle pull, maximum push ups performed in two minutes, maximum consecutive pull ups, a two-mile stationary bike ride, and a front bridge hold for maximum time. Florida Panthers personalities will act as supervisors for each specific event.

Registration is $500 per person – buy one, get one half off – and includes a Panthers duffel bag, fitness pack, breakfast, lunch, a healthy break and more. Winners will get prizes and bragging rights. The events will be split up in to two divisions (men’s and women’s) will be supervised by Panthers Strength & Conditioning Coach Dr. Craig Slaunwhite.
