Panthers Acquire Second Round Pick From Montreal For Dominic Moore
by Staff Writer / Florida PanthersSUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers general manager Randy Sexton announced today that the club has acquired a second round pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft from the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for F Dominic Moore. Moore was signed as a free agent by the Panthers on Oct. 4, 2009.
"This is the first move of the process to retool our team,'' Sexton said during the game against the Canucks. "We need to make more moves, need to be better. We're working on a variety of things."
