Panera Bread Renews Partnership With SSE

Deal Solidifies Presence at the BankAtlantic Center

SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that Panera Bread has renewed its multi-year marketing partnership with the Florida Panthers and the BankAtlantic Center beginning with the 2006-07 Florida Panthers season.

"Similar to our business, Panera Bread has built their brand on a foundation of creative marketing, aggressive sales and premier customer service," SSE chief operating officer Michael Yormark said. "They are the type of business partner we strive to be associated with and I am confident we can continue to help them achieve their sales and marketing objectives."

In addition to dominant arena signage, Panera Bread will sponsor the "How Well Do You Know Your Panther Player?" promotion during Panthers home games at the BankAtlantic Center. Each game, one lucky fan will have the chance to win a Panera Bread gift certificate for the entire section, by correctly answering a trivia question on the center-hung scoreboard. The winning fan will also receive a piece of autographed Panthers merchandise delivered personally by Stanley C.Panther.

Today, there are 937 Panera Bread bakery-cafes in 36 states including 14 in South Florida and a new bakery-café opening in Sunrise in late 2006.
