Music Suggestions For Panthers Games

by Staff Writer / Florida Panthers
So what’s it going to be?

U2 or the Black Eyed Peas?

The Beatles or the Stones?

How about some singalongs? Maybe ‘Sweet Caroline?’ ‘YMCA?’ ‘Hi-De-Hi, Hi-De-Ho?’

Maybe ‘Help’ should be played after the opponents score? ‘Kashmir,’ by Led Zeppelin when the Panthers come on the ice? ‘Knock Yer Teeth Out,’ by Ronnie Wood after a fight?

How about theme nights? All songs must make reference to hockey. Kid Rock (“I’m in it to win like Yzerman.”) and Great Big Sea (“I was just 17 when I made the AHL/I couldn’t skate in Juniors but my fists rang like a bell”).

Now it’s your chance to make yourself heard by telling us what you’d like to hear during Panther games. There are no rules, but keep it fun and original.

Rob Zombie or the Zombies? Babyshambles, The Clash or The Ramones? Ray Davies solo, with Razorlight, or the Kinks? Van Halen: Dave or Sammy? Wyclef Jean and Avril Lavigne, Gwen and Courtney, Amy Winehouse and Captain Beefheart. Anyone for Radiohead?

NRBQ? Anyone? NRBQ?

It’s all good. So send your recommendations to  webquestions@floridapanthers.com and tell us what you want to hear and when.
