McCabe Expected To Be Out 4-6 Weeks With Jaw Fracture

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that D Bryan McCabe is expected to be out 4-6 weeks while recovering from a fractured jaw. McCabe underwent successful surgery to repair his jaw on Sunday at Coral Springs Medical Center, after being hit by a puck in Florida’s game against New Jersey on Saturday, Jan. 15.
Florida (21-20-2) plays their fourth game of a six-game homestand tonight against the Atlanta Thrashers. The game can be seen live on FS Florida and heard on 560 WQAM at 7:30 p.m.
