Martin and Assistant Coach Guy Charron To Share Season Outlook With Fans
SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced that Panthers head coach & general manager Jacques Martin and assistant coach Guy Charron will greet fans at Cats Cookout 10 tonight on the BankAtlantic Center's South Carls Patio at 6 p.m.
From 6:30 to 6:45 p.m. both Martin and Charron will give fans an inside look at the Cats game plan heading into opening night against the Boston Bruins.
"Just 24 hours before we open our season I will share with you my thoughts coming out of training camp and what I expect to see during the first month of the season," Martin said.
The Panthers will open the season vs. the Bruins on Friday, Oct. 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the BankAtlantic Center. For tickets or more information call 954-835-PUCK.
The festivities will begin with a free barbeque dinner, open bar and live music on the Carls Patio. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to meet the Florida Panthers sales team, select seats for the upcoming season and get tours and information on memberships to the new "Eastern Financial District."
The Eastern Financial District is a brand new all-inclusive club on the sunset terrace that will open in time for the 2006-2007 Florida Panthers season. The Eastern Financial District will encompass approximately 12,000 square feet and will cater to approximately 500 members with a Panthers themed interior design, full-service bar, outdoor patio, specialty buffet and tremendous sightlines that even the most discriminating sporting fan will enjoy.
