Tonight is Opening Night at BB&T Center!
 
Fans will receive a 2015-16 magnetic schedule at tonight's game.

The BB&T Center bag policy has stated that no backpacks, large bags or purses larger than 1’ x 1’ would be permitted upon entry for security purposes and the safety of fans. This season, staff members have been enforcing this policy at entrance points and are now equipped with measuring guides to ensure fan safety. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and that this stronger enforcement of the policy is for the safety of all BB&T Center fans.

The JetBlue Tarmac will open at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Make sure to arrive early to play interactive games for the whole family! The first 2,000 fans to visit the FOX Sports Florida booth will receive a rally towel!

Tonight's Guest Chef is Eric Baker of Max's Harvest & Max's Social House.

Acclaimed Chef Eric Baker joined Max’s Harvest as Executive Chef in 2013.

Prior to joining the Max Group, Chef Baker was with the Buckhead Restaurant Group, serving as the Executive Chef at the Lobster Bar Sea Grille in Fort Lauderdale. Chef Baker was the Executive Sous Chef at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and the hotel’s Steak 954, both Starr Restaurant Group establishments. He also held sous chef positions with Chops Lobster Bar in Boca Raton and Café Boulud at the Brazilian Court inn Palm Beach.

Chef Baker has continued the fine tradition of acclaimed Chefs at Max’s Harvest, which has received numerous accolades, including being listed in Zagat Miami 2013 and Best Restaurant in Palm Beach County in 2012 by the New Times Broward/Palm Beach.

Previously, Chef Baker was Chef de Partie at Restaurant Market in Paris, a restaurant of Jean-Georges Vongerichten and served in the kitchen at L’Espadon, Ritz Hotel Paris, and Louis XVI in Patchogue, New York.

Chef Baker has recently assumed the role of Executive Chef overseeing his second Max Group restaurant, Max’s Social House, where he will be instrumental in pushing forward the Max Group Legacy.
