Tonight is Military Appreciation Night at the BB&T Center. The Panthers will honor retired US Army Chief of Staff, General Raymond T. Odierno, during the game.

Panthers players will wear military warm-up jerseys with patches representing all five branches of the Military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard). The players will sign the jerseys post-game to be auctioned off on NHL.com with the proceeds benefitting the Florida Panthers Foundation. Fans can go to auction.nhl.com on Tuesday Nov. 10 to bid on the signed jerseys.

The Panthers will introduce a military discount program where active or retired military members can get a $10 upper level ticket or a $25 lower level ticket with a military ID at the box office. The military discount program will be valid for Sunday through Thursday home games at the BB&T Center (Not valid on Dec. 29).

The BB&T Center bag policy has stated that no backpacks, large bags or purses larger than 1’ x 1’ would be permitted upon entry for security purposes and the safety of fans. This season, staff members have been enforcing this policy at entrance points and are now equipped with measuring guides to ensure fan safety. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and that this stronger enforcement of the policy is for the safety of all BB&T Center fans.

Tonight's Guest Chef is Ralph Pagano - Chef at YES Hospitality Group

His passion for all things eating, drinking and being merry is translated every day at his restaurants.

NAKED TACO, on Miami Beach is a full on love affair with Ralph and all things Tacos, Tequila and Dia de Los Muertos.

Ralph's take on the taco is totally chef inspired. Margaritas are frosty, the beer is ice cold and the soundtrack kills it at the DREAM Hotel, where Ralph also owns the HIGHBAR, a 70's inspired glam rooftop pool overlooking all of South Beach.

At NAKED LUNCH, Ralph shows us where he comes from with the mash-up of all things Greek Diner and Jewish Deli.

Double thick house smoked hot pastrami & hand cut corned beef sandwiches, potato knishes & cream cheese schmear, sharing the table with Gyros, Greek salads, grape leaves, juicy burgers & frappes.

Ralph has had a love affair with all things Polynesia since his first trip to Tahiti 30 years ago. A rich blend of spice, sweet & sour, and “forbidden fruit” are his go-to cache for the NAKED BURGER, located at the Stiles Hotel right in front of Naked Taco.

Ralph has been to Hell and Back with Gordon Ramsay, battled IRON CHEF VS Bobby Flay and is internationally known as the PRESSURE COOK.

A true expert in food and drink, Ralph's signature style of great food + great drink = good time is recognized worldwide.

New York City born and bred, Ralph has travelled the world searching out its flavors and bringing them back home.

His company, YES HOSPITALITY GROUP, specializes in one thing: making guests happy.

To sum it all up, Ralph is sometimes a TV host, part-time radio host, published author, acclaimed restaurateur, good husband and loving Dad.
