Gameday Growl: Jan. 2 vs. New York Rangers

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m

Make sure to stop by the Coors Light Cold Zone tonight for the Coors Light launch party. There will be a photo booth, giveaways, beer coupons and live music!

The BB&T Center bag policy has stated that no backpacks, large bags or purses larger than 1’ x 1’ would be permitted upon entry for security purposes and the safety of fans. This season, staff members have been enforcing this policy at entrance points and are now equipped with measuring guides to ensure fan safety.

Coffee is available in sections 105, 119, 130, 305, 319, 330, Penalty Box, Coors Light Cold Zone and Legends.

Check out live music performances start when doors open, at intermission and post-game! Fans can access the music at the Band Stand, located directly above Pantherland at the front of the BB&T Center at the Coors Light Cold Zone.

Bryan Rojas - Chef of Fooq's in downtown Miami

Colombian Chef Bryan Rojas, graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary School in 2013, but it was real life experience and mentorships acquired while working amongst San Francisco’s top restaurants that paved the way for Rojas to become the chef he is today. 

Working from a young age in the restaurant industry, Rojas excelled while working in notable establishments such as the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Farallon, Michelin rated California contemporary restaurant, Quince and Michael Tusk’s celebrated fine dining establishment, Cotogna. 

After two years in San Francisco, Rojas moved back to Miami, where he proceeded to get his culinary degree while simultaneously working as Sous Chef at popular eatery Gigi. 

In 2013, Rojas joined Cypress Room, a Genuine Hospitality Group restaurant owned by Michael Schwartz, where he found a mentor and best friend in renowned Filipino Chef Roel Alcudia. Rojas worked as Alcudia’s second in command for three years until both joined Miami’s favorite feel-good-food restaurant, Fooq’s. 

Under Alcudia's two month consultancy, Rojas crafted an eclectic menu that combines owner, David Foulquier’s, Persian and French roots with Chef Bryan Rojas’ South American and California cuisine.
