Florida Recalls RW Anthony Stewart from Rochester (AHL); Assigns RW Rob Globke to Rochester (AHL)

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager and Head Coach Jacques Martin announced today that RW Rob Globke has been assigned to Rochester (AHL) and RW Anthony Stewart has been recalled from Rochester (AHL).


Globke, 24, played in four games for Florida to begin the 2007-08 season with no points. Last season, Globke played in 48 games for Rochester with 18 points (7-11-18).

Stewart, 22, appeared in five preseason games for Florida scoring one goal with a plus-2 rating. In five games with Rochester (AHL) this season, Stewart has three goals and one assist. The LaSalle, Quebec native played in 10 games with the Panthers last season with one assist.
