SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today that they will partner with Harvest Drive to implement a Food Drive for Panthers home games on Nov. 12th, 16th and 19th. Harvest Drive assists families in Broward County with gifts of food and other necessities during the Thanksgiving holiday and throughout the year.

All fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the JetBlue Tarmac (front of BB&T Center) prior to Panthers games on Thursday, Nov. 12 vs. Buffalo at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16 vs. Tampa Bay at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 19 vs. Anaheim at 7:30 p.m.

On Nov. 19, Panthers fans that donate non-perishable food items will receive a free poster of captain Willie Mitchell, Aaron Ekblad and Erik Gudbranson courtesy of NBC 6 (WTVJ) and 99.9 FM Kiss Country.

The Harvest Food Drive will culminate with the Panthers Turkey Drive on Friday, Nov. 20. The South Florida Community is invited out to the BB&T Center to donate frozen turkeys from 4-7 p.m. Panthers players, alumni, broadcasters and staff will be collecting the frozen turkeys from fans. For every frozen turkey donated, fans will receive two tickets to an upcoming Panthers home game.
