Fundraiser to be held on Friday, November 23
SUNRISE, FL – The Florida Panthers Foundation today announced plans for its inaugural “Select-A-Stick Night” fundraising event. This fundraiser will be held on Friday, November 23 as the Panthers take on the visiting New York Rangers at the BankAtlantic Center.
The Foundation will only offer 140 mini sticks for sale. Each mini stick sold will be signed by a member of the Florida Panthers and will be sold for $35. The blade of each stick will be wrapped to conceal the signature and five lucky mini sticks will be signed in gold, the recipients of those sticks will win an additional prize.
“We are excited to announce our inaugural ‘Select-A-Stick Night’,” said Executive Director Alaina Miller. “As a Foundation, we are constantly striving to create new and unique fundraising opportunities and the ‘Select-A-Stick’ concept is one that we are excited about. We pride ourselves on offering fans the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind Panthers memorabilia and in designing these mini sticks, we kept that idea in mind.”
Mini sticks can be purchased at the Gameday Auction table as well as from staff members who will be roaming the concourse and selling the sticks. All proceeds will benefit the Florida Panthers Foundation.
