Florida Panthers Foundation Announces Face-Off Luncheon

First Major Fundraiser of the Season presented by AvMed Health Plans
SUNRISE, FL – The Florida Panthers Foundation today announced plans for its first annual Face-Off Luncheon presented by AvMed Health Plans, to be held on Monday, Sept. 24 at the Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton.
The Luncheon will feature a speech from Florida Panthers general manager and head coach Jacques Martin outlining the upcoming season and his expectations for the 2007-08 Florida Panthers. Fans will enjoy a gourmet lunch with all of the Panthers players and coaches in attendance at this five star location.
Individual tickets are $85 and will include a voucher for four club level tickets to a Florida Panthers home game in October (excluding Opening Night). Tables of 10 will also be available for purchase for $800 and each guest will also receive a voucher for four club level tickets to a Florida Panthers home game in October (excluding Opening Night). All proceeds will go toward the Florida Panthers Foundation.

Recipients include: Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Broward County, American Cancer Society, JAFCO, Homestead Air Reserve, Soref JCC, Boys & Girls Club, Miami Disadvantaged Youth, Dept. of Naval Science, American Jewish Community, City of Plantation, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, H.O.P.E., Camelot Community Center, Stellar Kids, the Andy Roddick Foundation and Rock and Wrap It Up!.
