by Staff Writer / Florida Panthers

Lucky Fans will get Opportunity to Dine with New Cats Allen, Auld and Bertuzzi

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today that newly acquired players – defenseman Bryan Allen, right wing Todd Bertuzzi and goalie Alex Auld – will take two lucky Panthers fans out to dinner on Thursday, July 13 on Fort Lauderdale beach. This pair of fans will be the first to sit down with the new Cats trio upon their arrival in South Florida.

"'Dinner With The Stars' is another example of our continued efforts to create unique opportunities for Panthers fans to interact with our players," Sunrise Sports & Entertainment chief operating officer Michael Yormark said. "It's a wonderful way for us to reward our extremely loyal fan base. Think about it – two lucky fans will get the opportunity to ask our new players the questions that are on everyone's mind. There's no other team in the NHL with a program like this."

Fans can enter to win the opportunity to have 'Dinner With The Stars' by simply sending a name, phone number and e-mail address of a qualified prospective season ticket holder to the Panthers. By doing so, these fans will automatically be entered to win the 'Dinner With the Stars," while also helping to make the BankAtlantic Center the best home ice advantage in the National Hockey League.

A fan will get one chance to win for every season seat holder prospect submitted to the Panthers. For instance, if you send in 10 names, you will have 10 chances to win. Two winners will be drawn on Tuesday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m. and each winner will be eligible to bring a guest. Fans must include their account name and contact information in the e-mail. Winners will be notified after the drawing via telephone.

Interested fans should send their submissions to be registered for 'Dinner With The Stars' to Marisa Halpern at
