Cats Recall C Drew Larman from Rochester

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers general manager and head coach Jacques Martin announced today that the club has recalled C Drew Larman, from the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Larman, 21, has played in 11 games this season for the Amerks accounting for five goals and two assists. He appeared in three of the Cats preseason games this fall. Last season, Larman scored seven goals and eight assists for Rochester (AHL) in 44 games played. He also played in eight playoff games for Florida (ECHL) recording four goals and two assists.

Tonight, Larman is set to make his NHL debut when the Florida Panthers take on the Washington Capitals at 7:30 p.m. at the BankAtlantic Center. November is Kids Month at the BankAtlantic. Tonight after the game, C Jozef Stumpel, G Ed Belfour and LW Gary Roberts will sign autographs for kids in attendance.
