SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers general manager and head coach Jacques Martin announced today that the club has reassigned C Drew Larman to the Rochester Americans (AHL).
Larman made his NHL debut last night against the Washington Capitals. The 21-year-old rookie played 10:48 and recorded one shot on goal with one hit, while winning five of eight faceoff opportunities.
Larman, has played in 11 games this season for the Amerks accounting for five goals and two assists. He appeared in three of the Cats preseason games this fall. Last season, Larman scored seven goals and eight assists for Rochester (AHL) in 44 games played. He also played in eight playoff games for Florida (ECHL) recording four goals and two assists.
