Bova Cucina Partners With Panthers and BankAtlantic Center For Make-A-Wish Foundation

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (March 2, 2009) – Family Italian Favorite BOVA Cucina (currently Mario’s of Boca) will partner with the Florida Panthers and Bank Atlantic Center to bring two unforgettable evenings of fun and entertainment to Make-A-Wish Foundation kids and their families, it was announced today by Scott Rothstein and Tony Bova, co-owners of The BOVA Group and BOVA Cucina.  Each month, BOVA Cucina is hosting an Italian feast for one Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida wish kid and his or her immediate family.  As part of the program that began in February, the Florida Panthers and BankAtlantic Center have now generously offered to donate club level or lower level seats to a Florida Panthers hockey game or a BankAtlantic Center family event (depending on availability) as part of the package given to each Make-A-Wish Foundation family taking part in BOVA Cucina’s monthly dinners.   

“Being able to host a Make-A-Wish child and offer a fun and memorable evening for them is so gratifying, and we are now very excited to be partnering with the Florida Panthers and BankAtlantic Center to extend an additional evening of fun and entertainment for these kids and their families,” said Scott Rothstein, Chairman of The BOVA Restaurant Group which includes BOVA Cucina.  “The BOVA Group and BOVA Cucina are proud to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation and all of its endeavors.”  During monthly BOVA Cucina dinners, each Make-A-Wish Child and his or her family will be treated as Special VIP guests as they enjoy priority seating, special surprises and savor a three-course meal of Italian specialties. 
The BOVA Cucina partnership with Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida is part of The BOVA Group’s on-going commitment to giving back to and supporting the South Florida community.
