BankAtlantic Center Nominated For Arena Of The Year By Pollstar

SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that Pollstar – a leading music trade publication – has named the BankAtlantic Center as one of eight finalists for Arena of the Year for the 20th Annual Pollstar Awards.
The BankAtlantic Center joins the AmericanAirlines Center in Dallas, Madison Square Garden in New York, the Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan, the Sommet Center in Nashville, the Sprint Center in Kansas City, the Staples Center in Los Angeles and the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. as Arena of the Year nominees.

The 20th Annual Pollstar Awards will take place at Club Nokia at the LA Live complex in Los Angeles, on January 30, 2009. The annual Pollstar Awards include 32 categories that honor touring acts, promoters, agents, managers, venues and production companies, who are voted on by their peers.
