The Florida Panthers announced today that the team will hold a Celebration of Hockey at Artwalk at the Flagler Arts and Technology Village in Ft. Lauderdale, following the conclusion of the NHL Draft in Sunrise, on Saturday, June 27 from 6-10 p.m.

The event will depict the history of the Florida Panthers and the history of hockey through the years with multi-platform hockey-focused art pieces ranging from video immersion to graffiti art.

“We are thrilled to work with FATVillage in hosting this post-Draft celebration and opening the FATVillage art community to our fans and out-of-town visitors,” said Panthers Executive Vice President of Marketing Richard Adler. “Panthers fans, art fans and all visitors in town for the Draft are encouraged to come to Artwalk and be a part of this unique hockey experience.”

Florida Panthers D Aaron Ekblad and F Jonathan Huberdeau will be in attendance for the event along with Panthers front office staff and personalities, including the voice of the Panthers radio broadcast, Randy Moller.
