A Look Ahead: March 30 - April 5

Earning five out of a possible eight points last week, the Florida Panthers close out their final regular season road trip against the Boston Bruins, before beginning a five-game homestand this week against the Carolina Hurricanes, Tampa Bay Lightning and Montreal Canadiens.

STORYLINES TO WATCH

- The Panthers (85 pts.) enter the week sitting one point shy of the Ottawa Senators (86 pts.) and four points shy of the Boston Bruins (89 pts.) in the Eastern Conference Wild Card race.

- Florida’s match-up on the road in Boston on Tuesday is one of the final two match-ups between those two teams this season and the third of four total meetings.

- G Roberto Luongo is one win shy of his 400th career win.

TUESDAY’S TILT

March 31 at Boston Bruins

After a crucial victory over ninth place Ottawa on Sunday (March 29), the Panthers will look to advance closer to dethroning Boston for the final Wild Card spot. Florida owns a 1-0-1 record against Boston in the season series and snapped a nine-game winless streak in their most recent contest with the Bruins. Florida topped Boston in the shootout 2-1 on March 21 in South Florida.
