5 THINGS EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TONIGHT'S GAME:

5. The Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning play their second game of a home and home set this evening at the St. Pete Times Forum. The Panthers completed a three game homestand last night with a 4-3 shootout loss to Tampa Bay at the BankAtlantic Center, wrapping up the homestand with a 2-0-1 mark. The Cats are 6-2-2 in their last 10 games played.

4. G Craig Anderson is 5-2-3 in his last 10 games played and ranks first among NHL league leaders with a .941 save percentage and tied for third with a 2.09 GAA. Since Jan. 3, 2008, Anderson has posted a 16-5-3 mark in games that he has started.

3. Panthers RW Richard Zednik is expected to skate in his 700th NHL career game tonight. With his goal last night D Keith Ballard notched the 100th career NHL point of his career.

2. Florida's goaltending tandem of Tomas Vokoun and Craig Anderson places seventh in the NHL with a 2.48 GAA and second with a .927 save percentage.

1. D Jay Bouwmeester ranks second in the NHL averaging 27:44 of ice time per game and has recorded 16 points (6-10-16) in his last 20 games played. Additionally, he has 11 points (6-5-11) with a +9 rating in his last 14 games played. Bouwmeester currently paces the Panthers with 19 points (6-13-19).
