5. The Florida Panther have posted a 10-3-3 mark since Jan. 1, earning points in 13 of their last 16 games and currently sit in eighth place in the Eastern Conference with 60 points. Six of the Panthers next 10 games will be played against division leaders, with contests against Southeast Division leaders the Washington Capitals two times (Feb. 15 & Mar. 1), Northeast Division leaders the Boston Bruins twice (Feb. 21 & Feb. 24) and the Atlantic Division leaders the New Jersey Devils twice (Feb. 17 & Feb. 28).

4. D Jay Bouwmeester ranks first in the NHL averaging 27:17 of ice time per game and has recorded eight points (6-2-8) in his last 13 games played. With his 50th goal of his NHL career on Thursday, Feb. 5, Bouwmeester became just the second Panthers defenseman to record 50 tallies while playing for the Cats, joining Robert Svehla (61).

3. C Michael Frolik ranks ninth among NHL rookie scoring leaders with 24 points (11-13-24). In addition, Frolik places fourth among rookie leaders in shots on goal (94), tied for seventh in rookie goal scoring (11) and tied for ninth in power play points (7). He recorded the first three point effort (1-2-3) of his NHL career on Tuesday, Jan. 27 in the Panthers 3-2 victory over Philadelphia.

2. The Panthers place second in the NHL with 12 different players (Booth, Weiss, Horton, Bouwmeester, Stillman, Frolik, Campbell, Dvorak, McCabe, Peltonen, Ballard, Zednik) on their roster who have recorded at least 20 or more points. Florida also places tied for second in the NHL with eight different players who have recorded at least 10 goals (Booth, Horton, Stillman, Bouwmeester, Campbell, Frolik, McCabe, Zednik).

RW Richard Zednik has recorded five points (3-2-5) with a +4 rating in his last three games played, netting the game-winning goal in the Panthers 5-4 come-from-behind win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday, Feb. 10. C Stephen Weiss has recorded 11 points (2-9-11) with a +4 rating in his last 13 games played and paces the team with 37 points (9-28-37). LW David Booth has recorded 20 points (8-12-20) in his last 21 games played and leads the Panthers with 20 goals.
