<< Game D

Game F >>

Each week during this past season, reviewed all the top goals and saves and put the vote to you the fans for the top play for the week. Those plays are back as the top 32 plays face off in head-to-head competition until a winner is ultimately determined. We will regularly put two plays up against one another and it's up to you to decide which one will advance on to the next round.

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED: Dubnyk (73%) def. Brawl on Broadway (27%)

Dubnyk's Save vs. Calgary

In the opening period of a scoreless hockey game vs. Calgary, Devan Dubnyk made, what could be, the Oilers' save of the year as he absolutely robbed Olli Jokinen of a sure goal.

Brawl on Broadway

It all began when Sean Avery sucker-punched Oilers defenceman Ladislav Smid. As infractions were being assessed and Avery was being escorted away, emotions ramped up.

Ryan Whitney and Theo Peckham initially engaged the altercation, which quickly developed into a full-on brawl, featuring a number of fights, misconducts, and a total of 52 penalty minutes on the play.
