EDMONTON, AB - The Oilers haved placed forward Devin Shore (lower body) on injured reserve and recalled forward Ryan McLeod from the AHL's Bakersfield Condors.
Shore had recorded one goal and one assist in 10 games this season before sustaining the lower-body injury during Friday's 6-5 victory over the New York Rangers.
McLeod appeared in two games with the Oilers with no points to start the season before getting assigned to the Condors, with whom he's scored one goal and four assists in seven games.
The 22-year-old recorded one assist in his first 10 NHL games last season before joining Condors for the remainder of the campaign, tallying 14 goals and 14 assists in 28 appearances.
The Oilers will open a five-game road trip on Tuesday against the Detroit Red Wings.
