EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers have reduced their training camp roster, assigning the following players:
Kevin Gravel (D) - Bakersfield (AHL)
Keegan Lowe (D) - Bakersfield (AHL)
Brad Malone (F) - Bakersfield (AHL)
Cooper Marody (F) - Bakersfield (AHL)
Gravel, Lowe and Malone have been placed on waivers for the purpose of reassignment.
In addition, forward Scottie Upshall has been released from his professional tryout (PTO).
The Oilers roster currently has 29 players, including three goaltenders, 10 defencemen and 16 forwards.
