EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Cooper Marody from the American Hockey League's (AHL) Bakersfield Condors.
Marody, 21, has appeared in five games with the Condors this season, posting six points (2G, 4A) and two penalty minutes.
The 6'0", 190-pound forward has played in eight career AHL games, recording nine points (3G, 6A) and four penalty minutes.
Marody was originally selected by Philadelphia in the sixth round, 158th overall, in the 2015 NHL Draft. Marody was acquired by the Oilers on March 21, 2018 from the Flyers in exchange for a third-round draft pick in 2019.
The Edmonton Oilers have also placed forward Ty Rattie on injured reserve.
