EDMONTON, AB - The Oilers have assigned three players to the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League and placed two more players on waivers for the purpose of being assigned.

Defenceman Ryan Stanton has been released from his Professional Tryout (PTO) and will report to Bakersfield.

There are now 33 players in camp, including three goaltenders, 10 defencemen and 20 forwards.

The Oilers have assigned the following players to Bakersfield:

  • Cooper Marody (C)

  • Markus Niemelainen (D)

  • Stuart Skinner (G)

The Oilers have placed the following two players on waivers for the purpose of being assigned to Bakersfield:

  • Adam Cracknell (RW)

  • Seth Griffith (C)
