EDMONTON, AB -The Edmonton Oilers have activated defenceman Adam Larsson from injured reserve.
Larsson, 25, has appeared in 25 games with the Oilers this season, posting four points (3G, 1A) and 14 penalty minutes. He leads all Oilers defencemen in hits (90) and ranks second in the NHL in hits per game (3.60).
The 6'3", 210-pound blueliner has appeared in 378 career NHL games, accumulating 92 points (16G, 76A), 224 penalty minutes and a plus 32 rating.
The Oilers have also assigned forward Anton Slepyshev to the American Hockey League's (AHL) Bakersfield Condors.
