Reddox named MVP in Canada/Russia Challenge

Edmonton Oilers prospect Liam Reddox was named Most Valuable Player for Team OHL last night in Peterborough for the fourth leg of the ADT Canada/Russia Challenge 2005.

    Reddox, who plays for the OHL's Peterborough Petes during the regular season, scored Team OHL's first two goals of the game en route to a 5-1 victory. In 24 games this season, the 19 year old has nine goals and 21 assists for 30 points to rank fourth on the team.

    The native of Whitby, Ontario was Edmonton's fifth choice, 112th overall in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
