Oilers forward prospect Aapeli Räsänen has committed to the Boston College Eagles of the NCAA.
The 18-year-old was selected by the Oilers in the sixth-round (153-overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft. He currently plays for the Sioux City Musketeers of the United States Hockey League. In 25 games with the Musketeers this season, Räsänen has five goals and 14 assists for 19 points.
Räsänen also played in the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship with Finland, where he recorded two goals and six points in six games.
