It was a three-goal third period for Finland that ended up being the difference in the game. Juuso Valimaki had two of the three markers in the final frame.

The Oilers sixth round (153-overall) 2016 draft pick Aapeli Räsänen had two power play assists in just under 21 minutes of ice time. His Sioux City Musketeers teammate Eeli Tolvanen scored a goal and assist.
