Game I >>

Each week during this past season, reviewed all the top goals and saves and put the vote to you the fans for the top play for the week. Those plays are back as the top 32 plays face off in head-to-head competition until a winner is ultimately determined. We will regularly put two plays up against one another and it's up to you to decide which one will advance on to the next round.

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED: Nugent-Hopkins (91%) def. Peckham (9%)

RNH's Snipe

Taylor Hall bursts down the wing vs. New York, dumping a backhand saucer pass to Ryan Nugent-Hopkins in the slot. The Oilers' leading goal-scorer corralled it for a moment, but released the puck just as quickly, beating Rangers 'tender Henrik Lundqvist bar-in, blocker-side for the icebreaker.

Peckham Tips it Home

Oilers defenceman Theo Peckham finds himself in an unfamiliar place -- in front of the net -- but makes the best of it as he tips in a point shot from Colten Teubert. The goal marked the first career NHL point in Teubert's career.
