The Edmonton Oilers are set to kick off their 2015 Training Camp on Thursday, September 17 with medical and fitness testing taking place at Rexall Place.
On-ice sessions will commence Friday, September 18 at the Leduc Recreation Centre (4330 Black Gold Drive), where players will hit the ice led by the Oilers coaching staff of Todd McLellan, Jay Woodcroft, Jim Johnson, Ian Herbers and Dustin Schwartz.
The Oilers will hold Training Camp at the Leduc Recreation Centre from September 18-20. Due to limited space, practice sessions are available to those fans who were selected in the Oilers priority draw.
The Oilers open their 2015 pre-season schedule on September 21 against the Calgary Flames with split squads facing off in both Edmonton and Calgary.
Following the series with Calgary, the Oilers will host the Winnipeg Jets (September 23) prior to hitting the road for games in Winnipeg (September 25) and Saskatoon (September 26 - vs. Minnesota). The Oilers will play two home games at Rexall Place, hosting the Arizona Coyotes (September 29) and the Vancouver Canucks (October 1), before concluding the pre-season in Vancouver (October 3).
The Oilers open the 2015-16 regular season on Thursday, October 8 when they visit the St. Louis Blues. Game time is 8:00pm.
