It's the third and final meeting between the two teams and the Oilers are looking for a series sweep. Both Phoenix and Edmonton are fighting for the eighth and final playoff spot with Phoenix in the eleventh spot and one point on top of the Oilers. With a win, the Oilers can jump over the Coyotes and come into a three-way tie for ninth with Dallas and Columbus, who are both not in action tonight.

Jerred Smithson will be making his home debut at Rexall after joining the team on the road in Los Angeles.

A few lineup changes tonight. Ales Hemsky will be back in the lineup after missing the last few games with a lower body injury. Ryan Jones, Anton Lander, Theo Peckham and Corey Potter are all healthy scratches.

Hall - Nugent-Hopkins - Eberle
Paajarvi - Gagner - Hemsky
Smyth - Horcoff - Yakupov
