Edmonton, AB – The Edmonton Oilers are proud to announce the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Clinic presented by Cenovus on May 8-9, 2010 at the Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre. The clinic is free of charge to all participants and gives players aged nine to 12 the opportunity to experience high caliber training while further developing their minor hockey game.
“The Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club is a huge supporter for programs that help develop young players and improve the game of hockey,” said Patrick LaForge, Edmonton Oilers President and CEO. “We’re pleased to partner with Cenovus to provide this opportunity for young athletes in northern Alberta.”
The Edmonton Oilers Hockey Clinic presented by Cenovus will feature four on-ice sessions, off-ice training techniques and team building exercises. Oilers Community Staff, Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada will be on site to ensure the students have a great learning experience while having fun.
All players that are interested in participating, male or female, aged nine to 12 are invited to register at edmontonoilers.com by 5:00 p.m. MDT on Monday, April 12, 2010. The lucky participants will be randomly drawn from all of the entries.
