The 62", 198 pound forward has scored one assist with two penalty minutes in five games with Iowa this season. This will be the second call-up to the Oilers for Brodziak, who has played three games with Edmonton this season. Recalled on October 15th, he made his Oilers/NHL debut that night at Calgary and also played games on October 18th versus Phoenix and October 20th at Calgary before being reassigned to Iowa on October 24th.

Ulanov was placed on the NHL Injured Reserve List after fracturing a toe in the Oilers 5-3 win at Dallas on October 28th. He has missed two games (October 29 & November 1) due to the injury.

The Oilers begin their longest road trip of the season, a seven-game trip, tomorrow night at Detroit against the first place Red Wings (12-1-0). Following the game at Detroit, the Oilers will visit St. Louis (Nov. 4), Dallas (Nov. 7), Nashville (Nov. 8), Columbus (Nov. 11), Chicago (Nov. 13) and Colorado (Nov. 14) before returning home for a three-game homestand that will open against Detroit on Thursday, November 17th at Rexall Place.
