EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers practiced in full on Tuesday morning at Clare Drake Arena ahead of boarding a flight to St. Louis, where the team begins a five-game road trip on Wednesday night.
Defenceman Duncan Keith took part in practice after clearing COVID protocols, paving the way for the veteran defender to make his return to the lineup tomorrow against the Blues. Goaltender Mike Smith will be available for the Oilers on their upcoming road trip after the netminder confirmed in his afternoon media avail that he will travel with the team.
Forward Dylan Holloway and defenceman Kris Russell were on the ice early as they each work their way back from respective wrist and upper-body injuries.
