ALL-STAR GAME
Metropolitan Division 6, Pacific Division 4
McDavid, Draisaitl and the Pacific Division All-Stars were defeated by a score of 6-4 Saturday at T-Mobile Arena as Jack Hughes, Claude Giroux and Jake Guentzel registered multi-point efforts to lift the Metropolitan All-Stars to victory.
Draisaitl recorded an assist on Jonathan Marchessault's 3-2 score while McDavid notched two shots on goal in 6:01 of ice time. Timo Meier, Mark Stone and Marchessault put up two points each to lead the Pacific Division offensively.
Between the pipes, Vancouver Canucks keeper Thatcher Demko stopped 10 of 12 shots and Anaheim Ducks net-protector John Gibson made 10 saves as the Metro advanced to face the winner from Saturday's semifinal matchup between the Atlantic Division and Central Division All-Stars.

ALL-STAR MEDIA DAY
Friday saw the beginning of NHL All-Star Weekend festivities with Media Day as both McDavid and Draisaitl took to the podium in Las Vegas to take questions from the media before competing in the Skills Competition.

SKILLS COMPETITION
Connor McDavid was unable to beat St Louis Blues' forward Jordan Kyrou's first-place time to earn his fourth Fastest Skater title, while Leon Draisaitl was eliminated early from Accuracy Shooting after leading off the event.
